Red Dawn Consulting was founded by Kereama Te Ua to help organisations navigate complexity, strengthen capability and create meaningful, lasting impact.
Throughout his career, Kereama has worked across government, Māori development, funding systems, the creative sector and community leadership. These experiences have provided him with a unique understanding of how organisations operate, how meaningful partnerships are built, and how lasting change is achieved.
Grounded in kaupapa Māori and guided by the principles of whanaungatanga, manaakitanga and kotahitanga, Kereama brings a relationship-first approach to every project. He believes the strongest outcomes are achieved by listening first, understanding context and working collaboratively with clients to develop practical solutions
